Committed to developing new talent in our industry, we have a programme for graduate engineers that is supported by a network of partner organisations with same mindset. A key part of this is to offer customers project engineers seconded into your business supported by our Project Directors. The Team
Helen Simpson
Strategic Engineering Director, widely recognised for her work on rail vehicle innovation. She has a technical guiding mind with an authentic and thoughtful leadership style, who likes to inspire and develop teams to deliver projects that they might not have realised they are capable of. She is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IMechE. She has an unrivalled reputation as a decarbonisation technology pioneer leading the introduction of retrofitted hydrogen train to the UK network, strategic planner, safety, technical and innovation leaders.
Chandra Morbey
Project Director, with a focus on team collaboration and communication that deliver complex projects. She is a Chartered Engineer and Project Management professional with over 30 years rail industry experience.
Caspar Schlüter
A recent graduate of engineering from Loughborough University. Caspar is self-motivated in researching and investigating different technology options. Working on projects such as deploying hydrogen on rail vehicles and supporting safety management processes for these projects.
